<br /> SECUFi[TY AGREEMENT; FfNANCING STATEMENTS. The �allowin� pra�isions rela�ing to this Deed ❑f Trust as a
<br /> securi�y agreement are a par�of this ❑eed of Trus�:
<br /> 5ecuri�y Agreement. This ins�rumenfi shall cons�i�ute a 5e�urity Agreement to the extent any ❑�f the Prvperty
<br /> cons�itutes fix�ures, and Lender shall ha�e all o�f fihe righ�s v�a secured party under the Uniform Commercial Code
<br /> as amended from time to time.
<br /> Security ln�eres#. Upan request by Lender, Trustor shall take whate�er ac�ian �s requested by Lender to per�ect
<br /> and c�ntinue Lender's seGurity interest in �he Renfis and Persanal Proper�y. 3n additinn to recording this Deed o�
<br /> Trus�t in �he real proper�y records, Lender may, at any �ime and withou� �urther au�hvrization �rom Trus�ar, �ile
<br /> executed coun�erparts, �vpies ar reproductions o�F this Deed of Trust as a �inancing statemenfi. Trustar shall
<br /> reimburse Lender for all expenses incurred in perfecting ❑r continuing �his securify interest. Upon de�ault, Trustor
<br /> sha31 n�� remo�e, se�er ❑r de�ach �he Persanal Property from �he Property. Upvn default, Trustor shall assembfe
<br /> any Personal Property not af�Exed �o th� Property in a manner and at a pla�e reasonab�y con�enient tv Trustor and
<br /> Lende�- and make it a�ailable fio Lender within �hree t3} days after receip� ❑f written demand �rom Lender ta �he
<br /> exten�perm�tt�d by applicable law.

<br /> FURTHER A55URANGES; ATTaRNEY-IN�FACT. The �fo��owing pro�isEans �elating to further assurances and

<br /> Further Assurances. At any time, and from time to time, upan request ❑� Lender, Trustor will make, execute and
<br /> defi�er, ❑r will cause t� be made, �xecufied or deli�ered, �❑ Lender vr to Lender's designee, and when reques�ed by
<br /> Lender, cause �❑ �e �filed, recorded, refiled, or rer�corded, as �he case may be, a� such times and in such o��ices
<br /> and places as Lender may deem appropriat�, any and all su�h mor'�gages, deeds of�rust, securifiy deeds, security
<br /> ag�-eements, financing stafiements, continuation statemen�s, instruments o� fur�her assuran�e, cer�ificates, and
<br /> o�her documents as may, in�he so�e opinivn of Lender, be necessary or desErable in o�-der tv effectuate, compEe�e,
<br /> per�ect, cantinue, ❑r preser�e {�} Bvrrower's and Trus�vr's ❑bliga�ions under the Note, �his Deed of Trust, and
<br /> �he Related Documents, and {Z} th� liens and securi�y in�erests created by�his Deed af Trust as �irst and prior

<br /> FULL PERF�RMANCE. If Barrower and Trusfior pay all the �ndehtedness when due, and T�usfi�r o�herwise pe��orms all
<br /> the�bligations imposed upvn Trus�or under this Deed ❑f Trus�, Lend�r sha�E execu�e and deli�er tv Trustee a reques��or

<br /> EVENTS �F DEFAULT. Each ❑#the foE[owing, at Lender's option, shall cvnsti�ute an E�ent❑� Default under this Deed
