2� 1 ��8349 <br /> TH IS SEGURITY INSTRUMENT com�ines uniform co�enants for national use and non-uniform co�enants with <br /> limited�ariatians by jurisdi�tion to cons�itute a unifarm se�urity �nstrument covering real property. <br /> UNIF�RIIA C�VENANTS. Borrower and Lender co�enant and agree as follows: <br /> 1. Payment of Principal, Interes�,Escrow Items,Prepay�rr�ent�harges, and Late Charge�. Borr�wer shall <br /> pay vvhen due the principal of, and interest vn, the debt evidenced by the Note and any prepayment charges and late <br /> charges du�under�he Note. Borrower shal� also pay funds for Escrow Items pursuant t� Section 3. Fayments due <br /> under the Note and this 5ecurity Instrument sha�l be made in �J.S. currency. Funds far Es�raw ItemS. Borrowe�- shal� pay�o Lender❑n the day Period�c Payments are due under the <br /> N ote, unti l the N ote is paid in ful l, a sum ��he "F�nds"�to pro�ide for payment of amounts due for: �a}taxes and <br /> assessments and other items which can attain prior�ty over this Security Instrument as a lien ar encumbrance on the <br /> Property; �b}leasehvld paymen�s ar ground rents on the Propertyg if any; and�c}premiums for any and a�l insurance <br /> required by Lender under Section 5. These items are called "Escrow Items."
