<br /> include, far example, a false sta�ement about Trustvr's income, assets, liabilities, or any o�her aspects vf Trustor`s
<br /> financial condition. �Bf Trustor daes na� meet the repayment te�ms a#�he Credi�Agreem�n�. ��y Trustar`s acfion or

<br /> RIGHTS AND REf1��DIES 0� DEF►�ULT. Upan the occurrence of any E�ent v� De�aul� under any indebtedness. or
<br /> should Trustor�ail�a cornply wi�h any of Trustvr's abliga�ions under this Deed o#Trus�, Truste�ar Lender may��cercise
<br /> any one or more❑f the fallowing righ�s and remedies:

<br /> Agreement secured hereby, Lender may decfare a[� lndeb�edness secured by this Deed vf Trus�to be due and
<br /> payable and the same shalE �hereupon become due and payable without any presentmenr, demand, prates�or
<br /> natice vf any kind. Thereafter, Lend�r may:
<br /> {a� Either in persan or by agent, with or withou�t bringing any a�tivn or pro�eeding, or by a rec�i�er
<br /> appain�ed by a court and without regard �o the adequacy a� its security, enter upon and take possession
<br /> ❑�the Proper�y, ar any part�her�o�, in its own name or in�he name af Truste�, and do any acts which it
<br /> d�ems necessary or desirab�e to preser�e the �alue, mark�tahility❑r ren�ability af the Property, ar part o�
<br /> the Property or int�rest in the Property; increase the income �rom �he Praper�y ❑r pratec�the seGuri�y of
<br /> the Property; and, with or withou� �a�€�ng possessian o� the Property, sue �or or atherwise collect the
<br /> rents, issues and Qrafits af the Property, including those past due and unpaid, and apply the samer �eSS
<br /> costs and expenses of operation and cnl�ec�ivn attorneys' fees,to any indebt�dness secured by this Deed
<br /> of Trust, ali in such arder as Lender may determine. The entering upan and taking possession o� the
<br /> Property, �he collec�ion o� such ren�s, issues and pro�i�s, and �he app[icatian thereof shall not �ur� or
<br /> wai�e any de�ault❑r notice o� defauE�under this Deed of Trust ar in�alidate any ac� done in respanse �a

<br /> �c} Deli�er to Trustee a written deciaration of de#aul�and demand �vr sa�e and a writ�en notice af defiault
<br /> and e�e�tion to cause Trustor's interes�in the Property�o be s�ld, which no�iee Trustee sha11 cause tv be
<br /> duly filed�o�-recard in the appropriate���ices❑�the Coun�y in which the Proper-�y is iocated; and
