<br /> w�ring and �ondu�ts used in connecti�n vvith radio, televisi�n, computers, security,
<br /> fire preventian, �r f�re detection or otherWise used to �arry electranic signals;
<br /> telephone systems and equipment; eievators and related machinery and equipment;
<br /> f�re detection, preventi�n and extinguish�ng systems and apparatus; security and
<br /> ac�ess �ontrol systems and apparatus; plumbing systems; vvater heaters, ranges,
<br /> stoves, m�crowave �vens, refr�gerators, dishwashers, garbage d�sposals, washers,
<br /> dryers, and other appliances; light fixtures, awnings, storm Wxndows and storm doors;

<br /> S. Persanalty. All equipment, in��nt�ry, and general �ntangib�es (the "Persona�ty"�.
<br /> The definition of "Pers�nalty" includes furniture, furnishings, ma�hinery, building
<br /> mater�als, appliances, go�ds, supp�ies, to��s, books, recards (whether in wr�tten �r
<br /> electr�nic form�, computer equipment (hardware and soft�vare} and �ther tangibl� ar
<br /> electranical�y stared personal propert� �other than Fixtures} that are owned, leased or
<br /> used by I]ebtor naw or in the future in connecti�n w�th the ownership, management

<br /> Improvements, choses in act�on and all �ther intangible property and rights re�ating to
<br /> the operat�on of, or used in connection with, the Land or the Improvements, inciuding
<br /> all c�rtificat�ons, approvals and g�vernmental perm�ts relating to any activities an the
<br /> Land. Genera��y, intangibl�s sha�� also �nclude a11 cash and cash escrow funds, such
<br /> as but not limited to: replacement reserve funds, bank ac�ounts, residuai receipts
