I�p p I i catia n of Payments o r P roceeds.�xcept a�otherwise described in this Sec�ian�, all payments <br /> aGcepted and appl�ed by Lender shall be appli�d in the following ord�r of priorit�: (a)interest due under the <br /> Note; (b}priacipal due under the Note; (c)amount�due und�r S�ction 3.
