<br /> . EVENTS aF DEFAULT. Trus�or wi�� be in detauIt unde��his D�ed af Trust if any of the fo�Iowing happen: tA} Trustor
<br /> commits fraud or makes a ma�eria� misrepresentation at any �ime in cannec�ion wi�h the Gredit Agreemen�. This �an
