<br /> A�t-�orneys' Fees; Expenses. it Lender- insfi�utes any suit or ac�ion to enforce any af �the te�ms nf �his Deed o�
<br /> Trust, Lende�shall be en�i���d to re�aver such sum as the court may adjudge reasonable as at�orneys' fees at trial
<br /> and upan any appeal. Whe�her or nat any court action is in�ol�ed� and fo �he exten� n�� prohibi�ed by �aw. a��

<br /> anticipated post judgment co!lection ser�ices, the cos� of searching records, obtaining title repvrts {incIuding

<br /> Trustee. Trus�ee sha!! mee� all qualifica�ions required for Trusfee under applicable law. In addi�ion to the righfs
<br /> and rem�dies se�farth above� with r�speot fa aII ot� any pa�-t ❑f�he Prope�ty, �he Trus�ee shall ha�e the right to
<br /> fore�Iose by notice and sale, and Lender- will ha�e the right-�o �oreclose by judicial foreclasure, in either case in
<br /> accordance with and ta the fu�I extent pra�ided by applicable law.
<br /> Suc�essor Trustee. Lender, a�Lender's op�ion, may from time to time appain�a successor Trustee�o any Truste�
<br /> appointed under this Deed of Trus� by an inst�umer�t exe�uted and a�knawiedged by Lend�r and recorded in �he
<br /> of�ice of the reco�der v� Hall Coun�y, S�a�e ❑fi Ne�r�aska. The inst�um�n� sha11 c�ntain, in addi�ion ta al! o�her
<br /> mat�ers required by s�a�e lawr the names a� �he o�-igrnal L�nderr Trustee,-and Trustorr the boo� and page �ot-
<br /> compu�er system reference} where �his Deed of T�ust is recorded, and �he name and address af the successor
<br /> �rustee, and�he insfrumenf shaII be execu�ed and aGknowIedged by aII the beneficiaries under this �eed a�Trust or
<br /> �heir successors in interest. The su��essor�rustee, without can�eyance af the Praperty, shall succeed to a�� the
