<br /> appainted by a c�urt and without regard�o the adequacy v-�i�s secu�rity, enter up�n and�ake possessian
<br /> of the Praperty, or any par�fihereo�, En its own name ❑r in�he name o�Trustee, and do any acts which it
<br /> deems necessary❑r desirahle ta pres�r�e�he �alue, marke�ability o�-rentabili�y of the Property, ar part of
<br /> the Property ar in�erest in the Property; increase�he income �rom the Property o�r pro�ect fihe security ��
