<br /> oii and gas�, coa�, clay, scv�ia, soi�, gravei or rack products withou�Lender's prior wri�en consen�.
<br /> Removal of�mpro�ements. Trus�ar shail not demfllish or remave any lmpro�emen�s from the Reai Praperty withou�
<br /> Lender's p�-iar writ��n cansent. As a condi�ian to�he rema�ai af any lmprovements, Lender may require Trus�tor to
<br /> make arrangements satis�ractory to Lender to rep�ace such lmpro�ements with Improuements ofi a� feast equa!
<br /> value.
<br /> Lender`s Right ta Enter. Lender and Lende�'s agents and representativ�s may enter upon the Real P�aperty at aff
<br /> reasonable times to a�ttend to Lender's �nterests and �o inspect the Rea� Proper�y �or purposes af Trustor's
<br /> comp�fanc�with the terms and conditi�ns ❑f�his Deed ❑�Trust.
<br /> Cvmp�iance with Ga�ernmen�a� �equirements. Trustar sha[� p�amptIy comp�y with a�� �aws, ❑rdinances, and
<br /> r�gulatians, now ❑r herea�ter in e��ect, of a�� g�vernm�n�al authori�ties applicable �o the use ar occupan�y o� th�
<br /> Praperty, �n��uding without limitativn, the Americans Vllith Disabil�ties Act. Trustor may cvntes�t in good �aith any
<br /> suGh law, ❑rdinance, ❑r regula�ian and withhoId compliance during any proceeding, incIuding appropria�e appeals,
<br /> s❑ Iang as Trustor has notified Lender in writing prior to daing so and sa long as, in Lender's sale❑p�nion, Lender's
<br /> in�erests in the Prope�ty are not jeopardized. Lender may require T�-ustor �o post adequa�e security or a surety

<br /> Duty to Pro�ect. Trustor agrees neither to abandon ar Ieave unatt�nded the Prope��y. Trustar shail do a�l other

<br /> Payment. Trus�or shall pay when due �and in ai! e�en�s prior ta deiinquency7 a�� taxes, sp�cial taxes, assessments,

<br /> Right ta Contest. Trustor may withhold payment❑�F any tax, assessment, ❑r claim in connection with a good fai'th
<br /> dispute a�er the ❑bligation'ta pay, so fong as Lender's in�erest in the Praperty is nat jeopardi�ed. I�a lien arises or
<br /> is filed as a result o� nonpayment, Trustor sha�� within f�fteen {�5} days after �he iien arises ❑r, �� a lien is fiiled,
