200002467 <br />replacement of such sanitary sewer main or other appurtenances requires the removal or <br />displacement of grassed lawns, concrete driveways or parking lots, fences, poles, or other such <br />obstructions, not including trees, bushes, hedges, or other undergrowth, the Grantee agrees to replace <br />such items and restore the surface of such easement as soon as possible thereafter to its original <br />condition as it existed immediately prior thereto. <br />It is agreed that the Grantors, after giving notice to the Director of Public Works of intent to <br />construct any such utilities, can construct sanitary sewer mains, water mains, gas mains and electric <br />utility lines in the easement area if such installation is within the distance prescribed by the State <br />Department of Health and is constructed according to Grantee's standard specifications. It is <br />understood that the Grantors will construct and maintain such utilities in the area of the easement <br />as their own expense. <br />It is further agreed that the Grantors can dedicate the easement area as a public street or <br />easement if the platting of such area necessitates the dedication of such street or easement. <br />If the construction or maintenance of the sanitary sewer main by Grantee requires the <br />removal of fences, building, poles, or other obstructions, not including trees, bushes, hedges, or other <br />undergrowth, the Grantee or its contractor agrees to replace such items as near as possible to their <br />original condition and location as soon as possible after construction or maintenance of such sanitary <br />sewer main. The Grantee or its contractor agrees to restore the surface of the ground to the condition <br />it existed prior to construction or maintenance as soon as possible after construction or maintenance <br />of such sanitary sewer main. <br />In accordance with the provisions set out in the Easement for Public Utilities dated May 26, <br />1969, between Bernard L.
