200002467 <br />City of Grand Island, a Municipal Corporation, Grantee, recorded in <br />Book 18 of Miscellaneous, Page 65, the Grantors shall be permitted <br />to make connections to the sanitary sewer main constructed in the <br />permanent easement herein granted after obtaining the necessary <br />plumbing permits and upon payment to the Grantee of $3.50 per front <br />foot, such front footage to be determined by the frontage of the <br />tract of landing adjoining the easement that would reasonably <br />accompany the structure to be constructed. Said amount represents <br />one -half of the front foot cost of an eight (8) inch sanitary sewer <br />main. If larger than an eight (8) inch sanitary sewer main is <br />necessary, the front foot costs will be adjusted to reflect the <br />increased size of utility service needed to serve Grantors' <br />property. Grantors shall be permitted to connect to the sanitary <br />sewer main constructed in the permanent easement as many times as <br />necessary to serve Grantors' property upon payment of the <br />connection fees as provided herein.
