20:. ,5O8 5 <br />3. That Petitioner is not now a party to any other pending <br />action for divorce, dissolution of marriage, or legal separation. <br />4. That Petitioner and Respondent were married at Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, on the 21st day of July, 1979, <br />and there are two children born issue of the parties namely, <br />Brandy S. Arens, born January 6, 1980, and Mike L. Arens, born <br />December 29, 1981. That physical custody of the minor children <br />is awarded to the Petitioner, with the Court retaining legal <br />custody of the minor children, subject to review by the Court in <br />six months. That the Respondent shall receive liberal visitation <br />with the minor children. <br />5. No child support is ordered at this time. <br />6. Each party shall have, own, retain and possess his or her <br />own clothing, jewelry, sporting equipment and other personal <br />effects now in their possession, free and clear of any claim of <br />the other. The clothing, personal effects and other articles of <br />the minor children of the parties is hereby set over to <br />Petitioner for the use and benefit of the minor children. <br />7.
