Livingston, District Judge, <br />presiding. Petitioner was present in Court in person and was <br />represented by Thomas A. Wagoner, his counsel of record. <br />Respondent was present in Court and was represented by James H. <br />Truell, her counsel of record. Evidence was adduced in support <br />of the Petitioner, whereupon Petitioner rested. Evidence was <br />adduced in support of the Respondent, whereupon Respondent <br />rested, and the matter was submitted to the Court, and the Court, <br />being advised in the premises, ORDERS, ADJUDGES, AND DECREES AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />1. That this Court has jurisdiction over the parties and the <br />subject matter of this action for the purpose of granting the <br />relief requested in the Petition. <br />2.
