ARENS, <br />Petitioner, <br />Respondent. <br />_LED <br />SEP 19 19 93 <br />LINDA ZIMMERMAN <br />CLERK OF DISTRICT COURT <br />IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />Case No. 124 -127 <br />DECREE OF DISSOLUTION <br />OF MARRIAGE <br />NOW on this 13th day of September, 1996, this cause came on <br />to be heard upon the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage filed <br />herein, the Honorable James D. Livingston, District Judge, <br />presiding. Petitioner was present in Court in person and was <br />represented by Thomas A. Wagoner, his counsel of record. <br />Respondent was present in Court and was represented by James H. <br />Truell, her counsel of record. Evidence was adduced in support <br />of the Petitioner, whereupon Petitioner rested. Evidence was <br />adduced in support of the Respondent, whereupon Respondent <br />rested, and the matter was submitted to the Court, and the Court, <br />being advised in the premises, ORDERS, ADJUDGES, AND DECREES AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />1. That this Court has jurisdiction over the parties and the <br />subject matter of this action for the purpose of granting the <br />relief requested in the Petition. <br />2.
