If the cost of the work exceeds $�4�,���.��,Trustor submits the fol�awing it�ms tfl <br /> Beneficiary far appra�al: <br /> i, EvidenGe af sufficient contractor's comprehensive general liabil�ty insurance, <br /> builder's risk insurance and tivorker's compensation insurance, insuring <br /> Beneficiary,as its interest may appear,all issued by insurance.campanies <br /> iegally authorized to do business in the State of Nehraska; <br /> ii. A certi�ed cons�ruction cost statement i�emi2ing the cost af the work; <br /> iii. An architectural con�ract in form acceptable�a Beneficiary; <br /> iv. A general construction contract in form acceptable to Beneficiary; <br /> �. Assignment of the cantra�ts specifed in�iii}and�iv}abo�e in favor of <br /> Beneficiary; <br /> vi. Trustar, Benefi�iary and a title insurance company acceptabl� to Beneficiary <br /> shall ha�e entered into an agreement in form and substance acce�table ta <br /> Benef ciary �uher�by all disbursements to be made fr�m proceeds wi�l h� _ <br /> based upon Iien vvaivers and campletion certifi�ations satisfaCtory to the <br /> Beneficiary and such title insurance company �in accordance wi�h �heir <br /> custom} so as ta insure that suf�cient funds will be available �o camplete the <br /> restaration of the Mortgaged Praperty, and to insure that Bene�ciary wili <br /> continu� to have full titie insurance including, without limitation, mechanics' <br /> lien�nsurance,during and after the cons�ruction peri�d; <br /> vii.
