200101259 <br />Historic Covenants for the Jamieson House Subdivision <br />We Kirk and Amber Schroeder (Husband an Wife) Grantees do hereby convey and <br />assign these historic preservation covenants to nm in perpetuity with the Jamieson House <br />Subdivision the Grantor, being the South Platte Township of Hall County in the State of <br />Nebras a. The property legally described as: <br />of S , Tam IL" 01", <br />A SUBDIVISION OF A TRACT OF LAND COMPRISING A PART OF THE NORTH <br />HALF OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (N 1/2-NE, ' /a) OF SECTION TEN (10) <br />TOWNSHIP NINE (9) NORTH, RANGE TEN (10) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., SOUTH <br />PLATTE TOWNSHIP OF HALL COUNTY. <br />Grantees hereby covenant on behalf of himself/herself, heirs and successors and assigns <br />to Grantor for the benefit of the South Platte Township to maintain and preserve the <br />exterior of the Jamieson House to retain its period character, recognized as a site of <br />historic significance. <br />After the homes proper restoration, future exterior additions and alterations <br />may only be done keeping in the style and period character of the home. <br />Representatives of the South Platte Township will be permitted at reasonable times to <br />view the property in order to determine whether preservation conditions assigned to the <br />exterior of the Jamieson House are being observed. <br />In event of the violation of these covenants the South Platte Township may institute <br />litigation to enjoin said violation or require restoration of the Jamieson House following <br />reasonable notice to the grantee, successors, heirs and assigns. Enforcement remedies <br />shall be cumulative and not limited to injunction. <br />These covenants shall be binding upon Grantee, his /her successors, heir and assigns in <br />perpetuity. Restrictions, stipulations, and covenants contained herein shall be recited <br />verbatim or express reference in any deed or legal instrument by which the Grantee <br />divests any interest in the Jamieson House or any part thereof. <br />Failure of the South Platte Township to exercise any right or remedy under this <br />instrument shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation upon the exercise of such right <br />or remedy, or use of said remedy at any other time. <br />
