200101259 <br />Historic Preservation Covenants for the Jamieson House Subdivision <br />Preservation Covenants of the Jamieson House to include the following: <br />1. Roofing. Shingling of the home will be of wood (cedar) in a style that is original <br />to the home. <br />2. Siding. Any exterior replacement siding of the home, or siding of future <br />additions to the home will be of 6 -inch cedar lap siding, as was original to the <br />home. <br />3. Exterior Trim and Ornamentation. Exterior trim of windows, porches or eaves <br />of the home will be of a style consistent to the architectural integrity of the home. <br />4. Windows. Any window replacements or installations to the home will be <br />complimentary to 1800's style of the home. <br />5. Porches. Porches restored to the home or visitor - viewing decks will be <br />constructed of wood and in keeping with the homes architectural character. <br />6. Handicap accessibility. Any handicap accessibility to the home will conform to <br />ADA codes and be incorporated into the home as not to distract from the homes <br />exterior character and integrity. <br />These covenants shall encumber the Jamieson House and run with the land of the <br />Jamieson House Subdivision.
