200101211 <br />PRESENT DURABLE AND GENERAL <br />POWER OF ATTORNEY <br />I, BESSIE MARIE PIERCE, a domiciliary of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, - Principal, desiring and intending to establish a present <br />durable and general power of attorney to remain effective <br />throughout the potential event of disability and intending the <br />authority and power hereby conferred to be or become exercisable <br />without regard to subsequent disability or incapacity, does hereby <br />appoint, constitute, and designate Albert Vernon Pierce, a <br />domiciliary of Hall County, Nebraska, as my Agent. If he, for any <br />reason is unable or unwilling to act in this capacity, I then <br />designate Carol LouAnn Boltz, as my Agent. I appoint the above <br />individual, together with any delegate, substitute, or successor, <br />the lawful and true agent and attorney -in -fact for Principal and in <br />the name and stead and to the use of Principal, commencing at once <br />and continuing throughout the duration and without regard to the <br />existence of any disability of Principal hereafter begun, generally <br />to conduct all of my business and personal affairs including to <br />execute, deliver, or otherwise give legal effect to any document, <br />instrument, or other paper, to acquire transfer, or otherwise deal <br />with personal and real property or any interest therein wherever <br />located in Nebraska or elsewhere, to make any decision and omit or <br />take any action without restriction except as herein expressly <br />limited and stated as Principal might do in person while not under <br />disability and otherwise to exercise all authority and power hereby <br />conferred or created henceforth and without regard to the <br />commencement or the continuation and existence hereafter of any <br />disability of Principal; and Principal does hereby further provide <br />and stipulate in connection therewith as follows: <br />1 <br />
