<br /> Request for Natice. Trustor, on behal�of Trustor and Lend�r, hereby requests that a c�py ofi any Na�ice ofi Default

<br /> paragraph af this ❑eed nf Trus�.
<br /> Attorneys' Fees; Expenses. If Lender institutes any suit or ac�ti�n ta enforce any �f the terms of �his D��d af
<br /> Trust, L�nder shall be enti�led ta recaver such sum as the �ourt may adjudge reasonab[e as attorneys' fi�es at trial
<br /> and upan any appeal. Vllhether or nat any court action is invalved, and to the extent nat prohibited by law, al�
