<br />A Thirty (30,0) foot wide easement situated in a part of the Southwest Quarter (SWI /4) of Section Eight (8),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, the centerline of said
<br />easement being more particularly described as follows:
<br />First to ascertain the point of beginning, start at the southwest comer of said Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4),
<br />the southwest comer of said Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) also being a southwest corner of a parcel surveyed
<br />and platted by Lee D. Wagner, L. S. No. 557, dated January 13, 2003 (revised February 4, 2003 and
<br />February 27, 2003) and known as "TRACT NO. 26A "; thence running easterly, along and upon the south
<br />line of said Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4), and also being along and upon a south line of said "TRACT
<br />NO. 26B ", and along and upon a south line of a parcel surveyed and platted by Lee D. Wagner,
<br />L. S. No. 557, dated January 12, 2003 (revised February 3, 2003 and February 27, 2003) and known u
<br />"TRACT NO. 26A ", a distance of Eight Hundred Eighty Three and Fifty Four Hundredths (883.54) feet to
<br />a point on the centerline of an existing railroad track; thence running northerly, along and upon the
<br />centerline of said existing railroad track, a distance of Forty Two and Nineteen Hundredths (42.19) feet to
<br />the ACTUAL point of beginning. thence continuing northerly, a distance of Eighty Eight (88.0) fee; thence
<br />running northeasterly, along and upon the are of a curve to the right whose radius Is 580.32 feet, a distance
<br />of Nine Hundred Fifteen and Eleven Hundredths (915.11) feet (long chord distance + 823.21', long chord
<br />deflecting right 45 °58'59" from the previously described course) to the point of termination.

<br />northwesterly, along and upon the arc of a curve to the left whose radius is 485,0 feet, a distance of Seven
