<br />A Thirty (30,0) foot wide casement situated in a part of the Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4) and a part of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (SW1 /4) of Section Eight (8), Township Eleven (II) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, the centerline of said easement being more particularly described as follows:
<br />First to aseertain the point of beginning, start at the southwest comer of said Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4), the
<br />southwest comer of said Southeast Quarter (SEI /4) also being a southerly comer of a parcel surveyed and
<br />platted by Lee 17. Wagner, L. S. No. 557, dated January 12, 2003 (revised February 3, 2003 and February
<br />27, 2003) and known as "TRACT N0.268 "; thence running easterly, along and upon the south line of aid
<br />Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4), and also being along and upon a south line of said "TRACT 140. 26B ", a
<br />distance of Six Hundred Fifty Two and Seventy Three Hundredths (652.73) feet to the southeast corner of
<br />said "TRACT NO. 268 "; thence deflecting left 89'50'43" and running northerly, along and upon the east
<br />line of said "TRACT N0.265 ", a distance of Four Hundred Eighty One and Eight Tenths (481.80) feet to
<br />the ACTUAL point of beginning, said point being on the centerline of an existing railroad track; thence
<br />running northwesterly, along and upon the arc of a curve to the left whose radius is 577.80 feet, a distance
<br />of Four Hundred Fifty Nine and Fifty Six Hundredths (459.56) feet (long chord distance - 447.54' • long
<br />chord deflecting left 63 °32'33 "); thence detecting left 24'29'40" from the chord of the previously
<br />described curve and running westerly, a distance of Seventy Nine (79,0) feet; thence deflecting left
<br />01'36'01" and running westerly, a distance of Two Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Nine and Forty One
<br />Hundredths (2,829.41) feet to a point of termination, said point .oftermination being on the west line of said
<br />Southwest Quarter (SW I /4), and being Seven Hundred Nine and Sixty One Hundredths (709.6!) feet north
<br />of (as measured along and upon the west line of said Southwest Quarter (SW I /4) the southwest comer of

<br />First to ascertain the paint of beginning, start at the southwest comer of said Southeast Quarter (SE U4), the
<br />southwest corner of said Southeast Quarter (SEI /4) also being a southerly comer of a parcel surveyed and
<br />planed by Lee D. Wagner, L. S. No. 557, dated January 12, 2003 (revised February 3, 2003 and
<br />February 27. 2003) and known as "TRACT N0.268' ; thence running easterly, along and upon the south
<br />line of said Southeast Quarter (SEI /4), and also being along and upon a south line of said "TRACT
<br />NO. 265 ", a distance of Six Hundred Fifty Two and Seventy Three Hundredths (652.73) feet to the
<br />southeast comer of said "TRACT NO. 2613"; thence deflecting left 89'50'43" and running northerly, along
<br />and upon the east line of said "TRACT NO. 26B", a distance of Seven Hundred Ninety (790.0) feet to the
<br />northeast comer of said "TRACT NO. 268", said point also being the southeast corner of a parcel surveyed

<br />February 27, 2003) and known as "TRACT 1410. 26A "; thence deflecting right 00'00'00" and running
<br />northerly, along and upon the east line of said 'TRACT NO. 26A ", a distance of Eighty Seven and Sixteen
<br />Hundredths (87,16) feet to the ACTUAL point of beginning, said point being on the centerline of an
<br />existing railroad tract; thence running southwesterly, along and upon the arc of a curve to the right whose
<br />radius is 574.55 feet, a distance of Four Hundred Fifty Four and Thirty Five Hundredths (454,35) feet (long
<br />chord distance - 442.61'); thence deflecting right 26 °48'24" from the chord of the previously described
<br />curve and running westerly, a distance of Eighty Three and Two Tenths (83.20) feet to the point of
<br />termination.
