5. Petitioner shall pay to the Clerk of the District <br />Court of Hall County, Nebraska as support for the benefit of the <br />minor child, the sum of $156.00 per month commencing December 1, <br />1998 and until further order of the Court. Said support is based <br />upon the child support guidelines, a copy of which is attached to <br />this decree and incorporated herein by reference, and modified in <br />accordance with the split placement arrangement reflected in the <br />visitation schedule set forth above. <br />6. The Respondent shall maintain health insurance on the <br />minor child and the parties shall each pay one -half of uninsured <br />health care expenses for said minor child. <br />7. The Respondent shall continue to carry the Petitioner <br />on her policy of health insurance for six months following the date <br />of this decree of November 23, 1998. <br />8, The Respondent is hereby granted sole and exclusive <br />ownership to the family residence legally described as Lot Five, <br />Block Eleven, University Place, an addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, subject to the first and second <br />mortgages thereon and the Respondent shall hold the Petitioner <br />harmless for said financial obligation. <br />9. Petitioner is hereby granted the personal property <br />evidenced in Exhibit Two as attached hereto and incorporated herein <br />by reference except that the motor vehicle described is in fact a <br />1974 GMC pickup truck. The Respondent is granted the personal <br />property set forth in Exhibit Three, attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference. The property set forth in <br />Exhibit Six, as attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />reference, is hereby set aside to Brittany, the minor child, to be <br />held in the possession of the Respondent. <br />10. The debts of the parties as set forth in Exhibit <br />Four, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, are <br />hereby distributed such that the Respondent shall be obligated for <br />those debts identified therein and the Petitioner shall be <br />responsible for the debts set forth for him therein together with <br />any obligations he may have to his relatives.
