The Petitioner was present in Court, represented <br />by James H. Truell, his attorney, and the Respondent was present in <br />Court and represented by David T. Schroeder, her attorney; evidence <br />was taken and the Court being fully advised in the premises, FINDS, <br />ORDERS, ADJUDGES AND DECREES as follows: <br />1. That the Court has jurisdiction over the parties and <br />the subject matter of this action. <br />2. That the marriage of the parties is irretrievably <br />broken and that reconciliation attempts have failed and that the <br />marriage is hereby dissolved. <br />3. The care, custody, and control of the minor child of <br />the parties, Brittany G. Schleicher, born July 14, 1990, is hereby <br />placed with the Respondent, however the physical care of the minor <br />child shall be placed with the Petitioner commencing two days after <br />the close of each school year and until one week before the <br />beginning of each school year. <br />4. The party not having physical care of the minor child <br />shall be entitled to reasonable visitation to include: <br />A. Every other weekend from Friday at 5:00 o'clock p.m. <br />to Sunday at 5:00 o'clock p.m. <br />B. Alternating holidays with the Petitioner having <br />Thanksgiving, 1998. <br />C. One week during the school Christmas holiday break <br />with the parties making necessary arrangements for the observation <br />of Christmas. <br />D.
