201501848 <br />4. Said appraisers did meet on February 13, 2015, at 1:30 o'clock, p.m., to assess the <br />damages that the Condemnee sustained by the taking of the hereinafter specified property by the <br />Condemner, at which time said appraisers did receive evidence relative to the amount of damages <br />that will be sustained by the owner of said real estate. Those appearing were: Roberta Herbst, <br />Michael Leggott, and Patrick McGuire, appraisers. <br />5. The undersigned appraisers find that the amount of damages sustained by the <br />Condemnee, as owner of the below described real estate, by reason of the taking thereof by the <br />Condemner for public improvements for the permanent easements, to be in the amount of Ninety - <br />Three Thousand Two Hundred Sixty-Four and No /100 Dollars ($93,264.00) said real estate <br />described as follows: <br />Tract 1: <br />A tract of land consisting of part of Lot Four (4), Grand Island Plaza Subdivision, in <br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Lot Four (4), thence on an assumed <br />bearing of S00 °58' 15 "W along the West line of said Lot Four (4) a distance of Forty <br />(40.00) feet to the Point of Beginning, thence continuing S00 °58' 15 "W along the <br />West line of said Lot Four (4) a distance of Thirteen and Ninety -Six Hundredths <br />(13.96) feet; thence N89 °17'39 "E a distance of One Hundred Seventy and Eighty- <br />Four Hundredths (170.84) feet to the East line of said Lot Four (4); thence <br />N00 °58' 15 "E along the East line of said Lot Four (4) a distance of Thirty (30.00) <br />feet; thence S89 °17'39 "W a distance of One Hundred Sixty and Fifty -Four <br />Hundredths (160.54) feet; thence S32 °32'41 "W a distance of Nineteen (19.00) feet to <br />the Point of Beginning. <br />Said easement contains a calculated are of 5,040 square feet or 0.116 acres more or <br />less. <br />Tract 2: <br />The South Thirty -Three (33.00) feet of the North Fifty -Eight (58.00) feet of Lot <br />2 <br />
