Dennis and Marian K. <br />Dennis, husband and wife, as owners of the following described real property: <br />The Southerly Ninety -five and five - tenths (95.5) feet of the Westerly Forty and <br />Two- tenths (40.2) feet of Fractional Lot Eight (8) in Fractional Block Eight (8) in <br />Kernohan and Decker's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, <br />entered into that certain Plat of Dennis Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />replatting their respective properties into Lots 1 and.2, Dennis Subdivision in the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and <br />WHEREAS, as a result of the replatting, a portion of Lot 7 became a part of Lot 2, <br />Dennis Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and <br />WHEREAS, on or about March 12, 2004, Stacy L. Cobb and Anita L. Cobb executed a <br />Joint Tenancy Quitclaim Deed in favor of Warren G. Dennis and Marian K. Dennis wherein <br />Stacy L. Cobb and Anita L. Cobb quitclaimed, granted, bargained, sold, conveyed and confirmed <br />unto Warren G. Dennis and Marian K. Dennis the real property legally described as follows: <br />Lot Two (2), Dennis Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska; <br />thereby conveying to Warren G. Dennis and Marian K. Dennis a portion of what was formerly <br />known as Lot 7, Block 8, Kernohan and Decker's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska; and <br />WHEREAS, on or about December 12, 2006, it was the intention of Stacy L. Cobb and <br />Anita L. Cobb, in executing the Deed of Trust, to irrevocably, grant, convey and sell to the <br />Trustee designated therein, in trust for the benefit of the Lender, with power of sale, the real <br />property owned by Stacy L. Cobb and Anita L.
