WHEREAS, on or about October 24, 2014 U.S. Bank appointed Edward E. Brink, a
<br />member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, as Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust;
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Trustor and Current Beneficiary to amend the Deed of
<br />Trust to correct the mutual mistake as to the legal description; and
<br />WHEREAS, Stacy L. Cobb and Anita L. Cobb are willing to sign this Corrective Deed of
<br />Trust for the purposes set forth herein.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Stacy L. Cobb
<br />and Anita L. Cobb, husband and wife, for good and valuable consideration to them paid, the
<br />receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and to secure to U.S. Bank as Current
<br />Beneficiary, and its successors and assigns, (i) the repayment of the Loan, as said term is defined
<br />in the Deed of Trust, a copy of which attached hereto marked as Exhibit "A" and incorporated
<br />herein by this reference, and all renewals, extensions and modifications of the Note, as said term
<br />is defmed in the Deed of Trust, and (ii) the performance of Borrower's covenants and
<br />agreements under the Deed of Trust and said Note, as said term is defmed in the Deed of Trust,
<br />do hereby amend the legal description contained in the Deed of Trust to irrevocably grant,
<br />convey, and sell to Edward E. Brink, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, as
<br />Successor Trustee, in trust for the benefit of Current Beneficiary its successors and assigns, with
<br />power of sale, the following- described property situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot 1, Dennis Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />which currently has the address of 1410 West 3rd Street, Grand Island, Nebraska
<br />68801.
<br />Together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and
<br />all easements, appurtenances and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property,
<br />and all replacements and additions (all of the foregoing referred to as the
<br />"Property ").
<br />All remaining terms, provisions, restrictions, covenants, warranties, obligations,
<br />conditions and rights set forth in the Deed of Trust, a copy of which is attached hereto marked as
<br />Exhibit "A" and fully incorporated herein by this reference, shall be and remain in full force and
<br />effect and are unchanged by this Corrective Deed of Trust and effective as to the Property.
<br />Stacy L. Cobb and Anita L. Cobb hereby acknowledge that it was their intention to
<br />encumber the Property in favor of Beneficiary's predecessor on December 12, 2006 and that the
<br />Deed of Trust as herein corrected shall be effective in favor of Current Beneficiary, its
<br />successors and assigns, and Successor Trustee as to the Property as of December 12, 2006.
