Funds generated by the operati�n af the Healthcare <br /> Facility may �e transferred ta one or more central disbursement or other <br /> accounts in whiCh such funds are commingled with other funds, provided <br /> that a carnplete and a��urate acc�unting of such funds �including depasits <br /> and disbursements� is maintain�d at all t�mes. <br /> �c} Master Tenant sha11 submit, or cause to be subm�tted, to HUI] and L�nder, <br /> � �n a quarterly and year-tn-date basis (�r more frequentiy if specified by <br /> HLJD}, prepared and certif ed by an authorized representat��e or agent af <br /> Master Tenant, su�h financial reports relating to the Healthcare Faci�ity <br /> �in�luding, but not Iimited ta, financial statements, accounts receivable, <br /> aging repor�s and occupancy reports� in the formats and at su�h times as <br /> may be required by HUD, including without limitation any consolidated <br /> statements if required by HUI]. Such reports must be submitted na later <br /> than thirty �3�} days after the period covered by the reports, except far <br /> rep�rts relating to the �nal quarter of each year, which shall be submitted <br /> no later than sixty �5�} days after end of the fiscal year. Such reports are � <br /> subj ect to the sanctions contained �n 18 U.S.C. Sect�nns 1��1, 1�1�, and <br /> 1�12. <br /> �d} If Master Tenan.t �or any direct or indirect parent �f Master Tenant} is <br /> required ta provide an audited financial statement to any lender, Master <br /> Tenant shal� simultaneausiy provide copies of su�h audited financial <br /> statements to HUD and Lender.
