(g} Master Tenant acknowledges that the financial information referenced above is necessary for HLJD to r�view fr�m tirne t� time, given the risk inherent in the operation of the Healthcare Faci�ity, and given the necessity �f the Master Tenant's financiai and operat�anal stability in order t� ensure timely payment of amounts due under the Master Lease essential to the Borrower's debt service. 15. LTNIF�RM C�MMER�IAL ��I]EILIENS. Except as otherw�se approved in writing by HUD, Master Tenant shall grant t� Lender and HUD a f rst Iien se�urity interest in a�� af Master T�nant's rights to pers�nal pr�perty of Master Tenant used in the operation of the Hea�th�are Facility or the Praje�t as additional security for the ob�igations of the Barrower under the Nvt�, Barrower's Securiiy Instrument, and BorroWer's Reguiat�ry Agreement, and th� Master Tenant's obligations under this Agr�ement. Such S��Llrlt� 1rit�reSt 5�1a.�� ]� eviden�ed by such security agreement(s} as Lender andlar HUD may requir� in connect�an therewith. Master Tenant shall execute and d�liver, �r caus� ta be executed and delivered, su�h deposit ac�ount �ontrol agreements as may be required by Lender andlor HUI]. Master Tenant shall not allow ar�y such required deposit acc�unt control agreements, sweep agreements, or other such required agreements, to be revoked �r rescinded at any time without Lender's pr�or written consent.
