"�p�rator" means, except as atherwise approved by HCJI], any singl�asset�ntity acceptable to - HUD that operates th�H�a�thcare Faci�ity,pursuant ta a lease, management agreement, operating agreem�nt, or sim�lar contra�t with the Barr�wer, or if the Healthcare Facility is aggregated with other heaith care facilities in cnnnectinn with a master lease, with the Master Tenant. Where the Project has mare than one licensed operator,the use of the singular shall include the plural. "C�perator Lease" means a lease by Master Tenant to �perator pra�iding for the operation of the Healthcare Faci��ty. "�perator'�Regu�atory Agreement"means that cer�ain Healthcare Regulat�ry Agreement-(�perator, reiating to the Project and entered into by�perator for the benefit of HUD.
