<br /> � the respective insurers endorsed " Premium Paid " by the company or

<br /> ° Section 5_7 . Removal of Equipment in the tIospital Facility .
<br /> � The Authority shall not be under any obligation to renew , repair or
<br /> �s replace any inadequate , obsolete , worn out , unsuitable , undesirable
<br /> ;� or unnecessary equipment located in the Hospital Facility . In any
<br /> x
<br /> ;:� instance where the Lessee in its sound discretion determines that
<br /> _� any items of such equipment have become inadequate , obsolete , worn
<br /> � out , unsuitable , undesirable or unnecessary , the Lessee ma,y remove
<br /> `+ such items of such equipment from the I{ospital Facilit ,y and sell ,
<br /> �'� trade -in exchan e or otherwise dis ose of them ( as a whole or in
<br /> >� part ) without any responsibility orpaccountability to the Authority
<br /> _' therefor , provided that the Lesaee substitutes and installs anywhere
<br /> �� in the Hospital Pacility other machiner,y or equipment havin�; equal
<br /> ' :� or greater utility ( but not necessarily having the same function )
<br /> j in the operation of the Hospital Facility ( provided such removal
<br /> �_�� and substitution shall not impair operating unity ? .

<br /> '� Section 5 . 8 . Installation of Equi ment by the Lessee .

<br /> ; own cost and expense , install or place other equipment and tangible
<br /> �' personal property in the Hospital Pacility . The Lessee may remove
<br /> ✓b such equipment and tangible personal property at any time at its �
<br /> ,;� own cost and expense , wtiether or not the same shall have been
<br /> affixed or annexed to the Hospital Pacilit,y , but any damage caused
<br /> '�`# to the Hospital Pacility Uy any such removal shall be restored

<br /> : Section 5 . 9 . Liabilit ,y and Casualt ,y Insuracice . The

<br /> ;�� limiting the �enerality of the fore6oin�; , fire , 11 �;hCnin� , windstorms ,
<br /> ' ;j hail , explosion � riot , riot attending a strike , civil commotion ,
<br /> S1 damage from aircraft , smoke and uniform standard extended coveraae
<br /> '� and vandalism and malicious mischief endorsements and to the extent
<br /> � � obtainable earthquake coverage , limited only as may Ue provided in
