Such insurance shall also cover the Profect <br /> during the construction of any part thereof ; provided that , to the <br /> extent that any contractor for such construction shall provide a : <br /> = duplicate insurance policy or certificate of insurance showing that <br /> , '� the same coverage as is herein required is being carried by such <br /> °? contractor and adequately protects the interest of the Authority , <br /> ` the Trustee and the Lessee with respect to the Pro � ect or a part <br /> 4�` thereof , the insurance provided for by this subparagraph ( a ) with - <br /> ` respect to the Pro� ect or a part thereof shall not be required for <br /> � ; such construction period with respect to the ProJect or such part <br /> a thereof while the Pro � ect or such part thereof is so covered by <br /> such other insurance . Such insurance shall be for the amount of <br /> �? the full insurable value of the Hospital Facility , but any such <br /> ;:t policy may have a deductible amount of not more than $ 50 , 000 , <br /> ;, No policy of insurance shall be so written that the proceeds <br /> ` .`; thereof will produce less than the minlmum coverage required by <br /> the preceding sentence , by reason of co -insurance provisions or <br /> ± otherwise , without the prior consent thereto in writing hy the <br /> '' Authority . The term " full insurable value " shall mean the actual <br /> ;;• replacement cost of the Hosaital Facility ( excluding foundation <br /> and excavation costs and costs of underground flues , pipes , drains <br /> ; and other uninsurable items ) after deduction for physical de- <br /> _ preciation , and shall be determined from time to time at the request <br /> ,,�; of the Authority , but not more frequently than once every five <br /> - � years , by an architect , contractor , appraiser or appraisal company <br /> or one of the insurers , in any csse , selected and paid for by the <br /> � ': Lessee and approved by the Authority or the Trustee . <br /> ` ( b ) Comorehensive general puUlic liability insurance , <br /> > < ( excluding medical liability insurance ) and landlord ' s liability <br /> ; insurance , protecting the Authority and the Lessee as their <br /> interests may appear , against liability for in,iuries to persons <br /> . .+.� and/or property , occurring on , in or abouC the Hospital Facillty , <br /> r �'; in the minimum amount of �v1 , 000 , 000 liabilit ,y to any one person <br /> ; for personal in,jury , $100 , U00 1labilitY to any one person for <br /> ' ° property damage , and 3� 1 , 000 , 000 liability for an,y one accident or <br /> � � for any number of accidents occurrin� during any one year with a <br /> " � � deductible amount of not more than 550 , 000 .
