<br /> � Section 4 . 3 . Investment of Funds . t+loneys at any time

<br /> ;T the Lessee , be invested or reinvested by the Trustee in Qualified
<br /> �; Investments ( as defined in tne Indenture ) maturing at such time or
<br /> 'r timea that the Trustee will be able to pay acquisition and construc -

<br /> ;, tion costs from time to time upon the order of the Lessee as pro -
<br /> ` j vided in the Indenture . The Trustee shall be entitled to rely upon
<br /> � ' a schedule of anticipated gayments of construction costs provided
<br /> �4 by an Independent Architect in scheduling such investments . Any
<br /> fr interest or profit on such investments shall be credited to the
<br /> � Construction Account of the Construction Fund and any loss on such
<br /> r,:
<br /> � • investments shall be charged to such Accaunt . The Trustee shall
<br /> ; not be obligated to invest any funds held by it hereunder except
<br /> �: as directed by the Lessee , and shall not be obligated to pay interest
<br /> �x on any funds not invested pursuant to tne terms hereof . The Trustee
<br /> �i may sell or present for redemption any obligations so ourchased
