The Authority hereby grants to the Lessee the right <br /> ;< to use the name of the Authority , to the extent the use of the name <br /> � of the Authority is permitted by or necessary under applicable law , <br /> `� in connection with any contest of the amount or validity of any <br /> '� tax , charge , fee , rate , imposition or assessment . If the provisions <br /> � of any law , rule or regulation at the time in effect shall require <br /> '� such statements or reoorts to be executed and filed by the Authority <br /> `` or such proceedings to be brought by the Authority , the Authority <br /> '� shall at the request and expense of the Lessee execute and file such <br /> :; statements or reports or , as Lhe case may be , shall ,� oin in such <br /> ;�� proceedings , but the Authority shall be not sub ,� ect to any liability <br /> ;} for the payment of any costs or expenses in connection therewith <br /> ;� and the Lessee covenants to indemnify and save the Authority harmless <br /> �� from such costs and expenses . <br /> ;� <br /> � Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to constitute <br /> 3,=i an admission by eiiher the Authority or the Lessee to any third <br /> � � party other than the Trustee that either the Authority or the <br /> ,'`: Lessee is liable for any tax , charge , fee , rate , imposition or <br /> a' assessment . <br /> i; <br /> � Section 5 . 2 . Liens .
