<br /> or reauest or on behali of tne Licensee . The Licens � e shall
<br /> indemnify and hold liarmless the Licensor against and from any
<br /> and a11 liens , clairis , demancs , costs znd e�penses o :: whatso-
<br /> ever nature in any �,ay eonnected wi 'th or growing out of such
<br /> wor}; done , labor performed , or rnaterials furnished .

<br /> event the Licensee shall , as soon as possible and at Licensee ' s
<br /> sole expense , restore such fence and other property to the same
<br /> condition as the same were in before such fence was ta}: en dok�n
<br /> or such other property was moved or disturbed , and the Licen-
