<br /> of any l; ind cr nature to be enforced against the property �or
<br /> an}� work done or s�aterials surnisheci thereon at tne instance
<br /> or reauest or on behali of tne Licensee . The Licens � e shall
<br /> indemnify and hold liarmless the Licensor against and from any
<br /> and a11 liens , clairis , demancs , costs znd e�penses o :: whatso-
<br /> ever nature in any �,ay eonnected wi 'th or growing out of such
<br /> wor}; done , labor performed , or rnaterials furnished .

<br /> the location , construction or maintenance of the Pipe Line

<br /> � ;. not be separacely made or assessed to the Licensee but shall
<br /> be included in the assessment of the property of the Licensor ,

<br /> portion of such taxes determined by the � alue of the Licen-

<br /> tion , maintenance , repair , renewal , mociification , reconstruc -
<br /> , . tion , relocatier. or removal of the Pipe Line , then and in that �
<br /> event the Licensee shall , as soon as possible and at Licensee ' s
<br /> sole expense , restore such fence and other property to the same
<br /> condition as the same were in before such fence was ta}: en dok�n
<br /> or such other property was moved or disturbed , and the Licen-
<br /> , . see shall indemnify and 'nold harmless the Licensor , its
