<br /> work upon property of the Licensor in connection with the
<br /> - construction , mainter. ance , repair , renewal , modification , re -

<br /> The Licensee siiall bear the entire cost and expense
<br /> incurred in connection with the construction , maintenance ,
<br /> _ repair and renewal and any and a11 modi =ication , revision ,
<br /> , f relocation , removal or reconstruction of the Pipe Line , in-
<br /> cluding any and all esvense tahich may be incurred by the Li -
<br /> censor in connection thereH*ith for supervision or inspection ,
<br /> or othe naise .

<br /> � � Section 5 . RELOCATIOi3 OR �:•SOVAL OF PIPE LIt�E .
<br /> V ? The license herein granted is subject to the needs
<br /> and requirements of the Licensor ir. the operation of its rail-
<br /> k : road and in the improvement and use of its property , and the
<br /> ' < Licensee shall , at the sole expense of the I,icensee , move all
<br /> V" or any portion of the Pipe Line to such netti� location or ( unless
<br /> the Pipe I,ine er.tends entirely .across the property of the Li-
<br /> � censor ) remove the Pipe Lir. e from such property , as the Licen-
<br /> ` � sor may designate , whenever , in the furtherance of its needs
<br /> '" and re uirements , the Licensor shall find such action neces-
<br /> i : q
<br /> sary or desirable .
<br /> All the terms , conditions and stipulations herein
<br /> F : expressed with reference to the Pipe Line on proaerty of the
<br /> Licensor in the location hereinbefore described shall , so far
<br /> as the Pipe Line remains on the property , apply to the Pipe
<br /> Line as modified , changed or relocated within the contempla-
<br /> tion of this sect,ion .

<br /> si: de of the limits of the property of the Licensor siiall be
<br /> constructed and , at all times , maiiitained , repaired , renewed
