<br /> o£ ficers , agents or employes ) . The Licensee does hereb}• re-
<br /> � lease the Licensor and sucn other companies , their o= ricers ,
<br /> agents and employes , from all liability for d�ages on
<br /> Y ' account of injusy to the Pipe Line from any cause �anatsoever .

<br /> If the Licensee does not use tiie rignt herein rranted
<br /> � or the Pipe Line for one ( 1 ) year , or if the Licensee continu� s
<br /> in default in the persorr,iance of any covenant or agreement
<br /> herein contained for a perioa of thirty ( 30 ? days after written
<br /> r ' notice from the Licensor to tne Licensee specifying such de-
<br /> � ault , the I,icensor may , ai its op � ion , � orthwith terminate
<br /> this Agreement . Notice of default and notice of termination
<br /> may be served upon the Liceasee by mailing to the last known

<br /> pL Line . If the Licensee fails� to do the foregoing , the Licensor
<br /> x ma}� do such work of removal ann restoration at the cost and
<br /> Crt&o expense of the Licensee . The Licensor may , at its option ,
<br /> rfso upon such ternination , zt the entire cost and e:� ense of the
