<br /> Section 2 . CONSTRUCTION , ru� zn2'EIZI�NCf; AND UPEI2ATION .

<br /> tained , repaired , renew� d , modiried arid/or reconctructe3 b��
<br /> the Licensee in strict confarmity �aith Union Pacitic P.ailroad
<br /> Co . Cotnmon Standard Specification 1029 � dopted November 1999 ,
<br /> as subsoquentl�� ainended , e ::cept as ma�� be modificd and ap-
<br /> proved by the Licensor ' s Chief Lngineer . In the event such
<br /> Speci .fication conilicts in any respect svith the i:equirements :
<br /> of any federal , state or municipal law or r. egulcxtion , such '
<br /> requirements shall yovern on al1 points of confliot , but in
<br /> all other respects the Specification shall apply .

<br /> of L-he Licensor and tlien only under the JU�CYV�. SSOI� of the
<br /> Chief Bngineer or his authorizad representative . '1'hc Lice �tsor
<br /> shall have the right , ii it so elects , to provide such supp�rt
<br /> as it may deem necessury for the safety of its track ar tracY.s
<br /> during the time of construction , msintenance , repair , rcnew << 1 ,
