<br /> � WHEREAS , Better Homes Sub - Division , an Addition to the
<br /> City of Grand Island , Hall County , Nebraska ( such Sub - Division
<br /> consisting of 50 lots ) , is subject to the terms and conditions
<br /> of an Agreement for Restrictions and Conditions as recorded in
<br /> Book " U " of Miscellaneous Records at Page 180 , in the Office of
<br /> the Register of Deeds of Hhll County , Nebraska , and
<br /> WHEREAS , the undersigned owners of lots in said Better
<br /> Homes Sub - Division feel that it would be in thir best interests
<br /> to rescind all of said restrictions and conditions ,
<br /> NOW , THEREFORE , in consideration of the premises and the
<br /> agreement of other owners who mutual ] y vote and agree to rescind
<br /> such restrictions and conditions , the undersigned owners , who are
<br /> owners of the respective lots set forth opposite their names below ,
<br /> hereby vote and agree to rescind effective January 1 , 1978 , all
<br /> of the restrictions and conditions on said Better Homes Sub -
<br /> Division as recorded in Book " U " of Niscellaneous Records at Page
<br /> 180 , in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Nall County ,
<br /> Nebraska .
