<br /> r WHEREAS , Better Homes Sub - Division . an Addition to the
<br /> City of Grand Island , Hall County , Nebraska ( such Sub - Division
<br /> consisting of 50 tots ) , is sub ,� ect to the terms and conditions
<br /> of an Agreement for Restrictions and Conditions as recorded in
<br /> Book " U " of Miscellaneous Records at Page 180 , in the Office of
<br /> the Register of Deeds of Hall County , Nebraska , and
<br /> WNEREAS , the undersigned owners of lots in said Better
<br /> Homes Sub - Division feel that it would be in thir best interests
<br /> to rescind all of said restrictions and conditions ,
<br /> NOW , TNEREFORE , in consideration of the premises and the
<br /> agreement of other owners who mutualiy vote and agree to rescind
<br /> such restrictions and conditions , the undersigned owners , who are
<br /> owners of the respective lots set forth opposite their names below ,
<br /> hereby vote and agreP to rescind effective January 1 , 1978 , all
<br /> of the restrictions and conditions on said Better Homes Sub -
<br /> Division as recorded in Book " U " of Miscellaneous Records at Page
<br /> 180 , in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County ,
<br /> Ne braska .
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF , we have hereunto executed this agreement
<br /> as of the ,30� day of December , 1977 .
