Better Homes Sub-Division , an Addition to the <br /> City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska (such Sub-Division <br /> co�sisting of 50 lots) , is sub,ject to the terms and conditions <br /> of an Agreement for Restrictions and Conditions as recorded in <br /> Book "U" of Miscellaneous Records at Page 180, in the Office of <br /> the Register of Deeds of Hali County, Nebraska , and <br /> WHEREAS , the undersigned owners of lots in said Better <br /> Homes Sub-Division feel that it would be in thlr best interests <br /> to rescind all of said restrictions and conditions , <br /> NOW, THEREfORE , in consideration of the premises and the <br /> agreement of other owners who mutually vote and agree to rescind <br /> such restrictions and conditions, the undersigned owners , who are <br /> owners of the respective lots set forth opposite their names below , <br /> hereby vote and agree to rescind effective January 1 , 1978, all <br /> of the restrictions and conditions on said Better Homes Sub- <br /> Division as recorded in Book "U" of Pliscellaneous Records at Pag� <br /> 180, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Ha11 County, <br /> Nebraska. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF , we have hereunto executed this agreement <br /> as of the 34'� day of December, 1977. <br /> OWNERS OF THE LOT SET FORTH OPPOSITE <br /> THEIR SIGPIATURE .
