For all other purposes, the Decree becomes final and operative thirty (30) days after the Decree is rendered or upon the death of one of the parties, whichever first occurs. Each party shall be entitled to the retirement plans in their individual names; J. Each party shall be entitled to their own life insurance policies; K. Plaintiff shall be entitled to the real estate located at 1506 N.
