Defendant agrees to Quitclaim his interest in and to said real estate to Plaintiff. In <br />the event Defendant does not Quitclaim his interest in the property to Plaintiff within <br />thirty (30) days of the filing of this Decree herein, Plaintiff shall be entitled to file a <br />certified copy of this Decree in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska which shall constitute an actual grant, assignment and conveyance to her; <br />L. Plaintiff shall be responsible for payment of the following debts: Mutual of Omaha <br />(Exhibit 2, H1); Union Bank (Exhibit 2, I1); and Nancy Schaff (Exhibit 2, J1). Each <br />party shall be responsible for payment of any debts they have contracted in their <br />individual names since their separation on or about November 23, 2013 and shall <br />hold the other harmless on the liability thereof. <br />M. Each party shall be responsible for payment of their own attorney's fees and costs <br />herein. <br />N. Plaintiff shall be restored to her former name of Judy Kay Whitecalf. <br />O.
