Defendant agrees to Quitclaim his interest in and to said real estate to Plaintiff. In the event Defendant does not Quitclaim his interest in the property to Plaintiff within thirty (30) days of the filing of this Decree herein, Plaintiff shall be entitled to file a certified copy of this Decree in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska which shall constitute an actual grant, assignment and conveyance to her; L. Plaintiff shall be responsible for payment of the following debts: Mutual of Omaha (Exhibit 2, H1); Union Bank (Exhibit 2, I1); and Nancy Schaff (Exhibit 2, J1). Each party shall be responsible for payment of any debts they have contracted in their individual names since their separation on or about November 23, 2013 and shall hold the other harmless on the liability thereof. M. Each party shall be responsible for payment of their own attorney's fees and costs herein. N. Plaintiff shall be restored to her former name of Judy Kay Whitecalf. O. If either party fails to transfer or abide by any provision of this Decree of Dissolution within thirty (30) days, the Decree of Dissolution will constitute an actual grant, assignment and conveyance of the property and rights therein.
