Defendant agrees to Quitclaim <br />his interest in and to said real estate to Plaintiff. In the event Defendant does <br />not Quitclaim his interest in the property to Plaintiff within thirty (30) days <br />of the filing of this Decree herein, Plaintiff shall be entitled to file a certified <br />copy of this Decree in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska which shall constitute an actual grant, assignment and conveyance <br />to her; <br />j. Plaintiff shall be responsible for payment of the following debts: Mutual of <br />Omaha (Exhibit 2, H1); Union Bank (Exhibit 2, I1); and Nancy Schaff <br />(Exhibit 2, J1). Each party shall be responsible for payment of any debts they <br />have contracted in their individual names since their separation on or about <br />November 23, 2013 and shall hold the other harmless on the liability thereof. <br />10. Each party shall be responsible for payment of their own attorney's fees and costs <br />11. Plaintiff shall be restored to her former name of Judy Kay Whitecalf. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED by this Court: <br />A. That the marriage of Judy Kay Tafolla and Francisco Tafolla- Aguilar is dissolved. <br />For purposes of appeal, the Decree shall be treated as a final order as soon as it is rendered. If an <br />appeal is instituted within thirty (30) days after the Decree is rendered, such Decree does not become <br />final until such proceedings are finally determined or on the date of death of one of the parties, <br />whichever occurs first. <br />For purposes of remarriage, the Decree becomes final and operative six (6) months after the <br />Decree is rendered or on the date of death of one of the parties, whichever occurs first. If the Decree <br />becomes final and operative upon the date of death of one of the parties, the Decree shall be treated <br />as if it became final and operative on the date it was rendered. <br />For purposes of continuation of health insurance coverage, the Decree becomes final and <br />operative six (6) months after the Decree is rendered. <br />Page 3 of (5 <br />
