2 7. The parties were married on November 12, 2003 in Taylor, Loup County, Nebraska, and there were no children born of this marriage. There are no children expected. 8. Neither party shall pay alimony to the other. 9. The parties have acquired certain real and personal property and have incurred debts during the marriage, and the Court Orders that said property and debts are allocated between the parties as set forth in Exhibit 1 and Exhibit 2 as follows: a. Plaintiff shall be entitled to the following items of personal property: Al through A17; Defendant shall be entitled to the following items of personal property: A18. Defendant shall also be entitled to any of his clothing currently in Plaintiff's possession; c. Each party shall be entitled to their own checking and savings accounts in their individual names and all deposits therein and Plaintiff shall be entitled to the joint account of the parties.; d. Plaintiff shall be entitled to the 2007 Chevy Uplander Van, VIN # 1GNDV231270161270, and the 1996 Dodge Van, VIN # 1B4GP54LXTB354450, subject to the indebtedness which Plaintiff agrees to pay and hold Defendant harmless on the liability thereon; f. Defendant shall be entitled to the 1999 Chevy Venture Van, VIN # 1 GNDX03E6XD 108945, and 1982 Chevy S10 Truck, VIN # 1GCCS14B9C0118528; g. Each party shall be entitled to the retirement plans in their individual names; h. Each party shall be entitled to their own life insurance policies; i. Plaintiff shall be entitled to the real estate located at 1506 N. St. Paul Rd., Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and legally described as Lot Two (2), Little Pioneer Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, which shall be set over to Plaintiff, subject to the indebtedness at Page of I 201402196
