1 <br />JUDY KAY TAFOLLA, FILED Case No. CI13 -1073 <br />FEB 252014 <br />CLAERKOFpiSTRIC COURT <br />FRANCISCO TAFOLLA - AGUILAR, <br />vs. <br />NOW on this .jj -- day of February 2014, this matter comes on for final hearing upon the <br />"Complaint for Dissolution of Marriage" filed by Plaintiff, Judy Kay Tafolla. The Plaintiff was <br />present and represented by her attorney, Kevin A. Brostrom. The Defendant was not personally <br />present and was not represented by counsel. Evidence was adduced, the Plaintiff rested and Exhibit <br />No. 1, the proposed Allocation of Assets and Liabilities and Exhibit No. 2, Plaintiff's Property <br />Statement were entered into evidence. <br />The Court, being fully advised in the premises, finds as follows: 11.1 <br />1. The Plaintiff has been a resident of the State of Nebraska for more than one (1) year <br />prior to the filing of this Complaint and was a resident of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska at <br />the time of the filing herein. <br />2. The Defendant was personally served with Summons on December 9, 2013. <br />3. The Court has jurisdiction over the parties and of the subject matter of this action. <br />4. The Plaintiff is not a party to any other pending action for divorce, separation, or <br />dissolution of marriage in this state or elsewhere. <br />5. Neither party is a member of the Armed Forces of the United States. <br />6.
