<br /> under RESPA. Lender sha���stimate the amoun�vf�unds due�n the ba�i��f�urren�da�a and reasonable

<br /> i.oan Bank. L.�ender shall app�y the Funds to pay the�scrow ��ems no later than th����m.e specif�ed under
<br /> RESPA. Lend�r sha11 n��eharge Borrower for holding and a�p�y�ng th�Funds, annual�y ana�yzing the
<br /> escrow accoun�, ar�er�fying the Escro►w Items, unless Lend�r pays Borrower�nterest on�h�Funds and
<br /> Appl�cable Law p�rm��s L,�nder ta ma.ke such a charge. Un�ess an agreement�s mad�in v�ri�ing or
<br /> Appl�cable Law requires in�erest to be paid on the Funds, L.ender shall not be required to�a��orrower any
<br /> interes�or earnings on the Funds. Borrav�er and Lender can agree in wri�ing, howe�er, tha�in�erest shall be

<br /> �f there�s a surplus of Funds held in escrav�, as defined under RESPA, Lender shall accoun�ta Borrower for
<br /> �he excess funds in accordance urith RESPA. �f there is a�hartage of Funds h��d in escrov�, as def�ned under
<br /> RESPA, Lender shall no�.ify Borrawer as required by RESPA, and Borrower shali pay to L.�nder�h�amount
