Borrower hereby <br />expressly waives any right which Borrower may have to direct the order in which <br />any of the Mortgaged Property shall be sold in the event of any sale or sales <br />pursuant hereto. In the event of a sale or other disposition of any of the <br />Mortgaged Property, and the execution of a deed or other conveyance pursuant <br />thereto, the recitals in such deed or conveyance of facts, such as default, the <br />giving of notice of default and notice of sale, terms of sale, purchaser, payment of <br />purchase money, and any other fact affecting the regularity or validity of such sale <br />or disposition, shall be conclusive proof of the truth of such facts; and any such <br />deed or conveyance shall be conclusive against all persons as to such facts recited <br />therein. In case of any sale under this Security Instrument by virtue of judicial <br />proceedings, or under the power of sale, the Mortgaged Property may be sold in <br />one parcel and as an entirety or in such parcels, manner or order as Lender in its <br />sole discretion may elect. <br />c. Lender may cause any such sale or other disposition to be conducted immediately, <br />or Lender may delay any such sale or other disposition for such period of time as <br />Lender deems to be in its best interest. Should Lender desire that more than one <br />such sale or other disposition be conducted, Lender may, at its option, cause the <br />same to be conducted simultaneously, or successively on the same day, or at such <br />different days or times and in such order as Lender may deem to be in its best <br />interest. <br />d. Lender, at its option, may set aside any declared acceleration of maturity of the <br />Note, whereupon the terms and provisions therein stated and the covenants, terms <br />and conditions in this Security Instrument shall revive and continue with the same <br />force and effect as if such acceleration had not occurred. <br />8. Fixture Filing. Paragraph 27 of this Security Instrument is amended by adding at the end <br />thereof the following: "Borrower's organizational identification number is [ 1." <br />9. Lease of Mortgaged Property. Trustee hereby lets the Mortgaged Property to Borrower <br />until a sale is held under the foregoing provisions therefor, or until an Event of Default <br />shall occur, upon the following terms and conditions, to wit: Borrower and all Persons <br />claiming or possessing any of the Mortgaged Property by, through, or under Borrower <br />shall pay rent therefor during said term at the rate of one cent per month, payable <br />monthly upon demand, and shall surrender immediate peaceable possession of the <br />Mortgaged Property (and any and every part thereof) sold under the provisions of this <br />Deed of Trust to the purchaser thereof under such sale, without notice or demand <br />therefor, and shall and will at once, without notice, surrender up possession of the <br />Mortgaged Property and every part thereof in the event Lender shall take charge and <br />enter as hereinbefore provided. <br />
