The parties are possessed of a home at 712,,West Louise which is solely in the <br />Plaintiff's possession and Defendant is solely upon the mortgage which is approximately <br />$69,000. The house is valued at $79,000. <br />7. The parties are possessed of a cash bond with INS of $15,000 placed upon <br />guaranteeing the Defendant's residency in the United States. <br />8. There is no evidence presented concerning the claim of a $20,000 retirement <br />fund of the Defendant other than the Plaintiff's testimony which is not probative. The Court <br />also finds that the debt to Enrigue Alvarez of $8,000 is not in existence as alleged by the <br />Defendant. <br />9. The Court values the 1996 pickup at $7,000 attributing $3,500 each to the <br />Plaintiff and the Defendant. The Court further finds the parties are possessed of a $15,000 INS <br />bond and the Court quiets that bond in the Defendant. The residence of the parties at 712 <br />West Louise the Court quiets in the Plaintiff, subject to the debt thereon which the Plaintiff <br />shall solely assume and hold the Defendant harmless thereon. <br />10. Each party shall keep the personal property they have in their respective <br />possessions and pay any debt they have incurred in their respective names. <br />HEALTH INSURANCE <br />11. The Defendant is ordered to maintain the Plaintiff as an insured so long as health <br />insurance is available through the Defendant's employment and in the same policies as <br />presently in effect or has been in full force and effect during the term of the marriage. <br />ALIMONY <br />12. The parties have been married for a little over twelve years. The purpose of <br />alimony is to provide support, when necessary, to allow transition from the reasonable lifestyle <br />being enjoyed by the parties during marriage through a period of time necessary to <br />resubstantiate as nearly as possible that lifestyle after divorce. <br />13. The Court did not receive evidence concerning the Plaintiff's age. The Court did <br />receive direct evidence of Plaintiff's numerous medical bills as a result of serious illnesses that <br />she is subject to and a large amount of monthly bills for medical prescriptions and expenses <br />which she will not have available to her as the unrebutted testimony is she is uninsurable due <br />to prior existing conditions at the present time. With this in mind, the Court is going to order <br />
