201400055 <br />that commencing June 1, 2013, and on the first day of each and every month thereafter for a <br />period of 60 months, the Defendant shall pay to Plaintiff alimony in the sum of $500 per month <br />to terminate only upon Plaintiff's death or Plaintiff being eligible for Medicare or Medicaid, <br />whichever event would occur first. <br />ATTORNEY FEES AND COSTS <br />14. The Court taxes the costs of this action to the Plaintiff and awards the Plaintiff <br />$500 as judgment against the Defendant to apply toward her attorney's fees. <br />15. Both Plaintiff and Defendant waive complete record in this matter and the Clerk <br />of the Court is ordered to refund to the Plaintiff the costs advanced for the complete record. <br />16. Except for purposes of appeal, remarriage or continuation of health insurance <br />coverage as prescribed herein, this Decree of Dissolution becomes final and operative thirty <br />(30) days from the date hereof or on the death of one of the parties to this action, whichever <br />occurs first. If this Decree becomes final and operative upon the date of death of one of the <br />parties to th action, this Decree shall be treated as if it became final and operative the date it <br />was recorded. <br />17. Each of the parties will execute and deliver to the other party any documents, <br />titles, deeds, etc., that may be reasonably required to accomplish the intent of this instrument <br />and shall do all other things incident to this end. In the event either party shall fail to comply <br />with the provisions of this paragraph within thirty (30) days thereof, this Agreement shall <br />constitute an actual grant, assignment, and conveyance of the property and rights in such <br />manner and with such force and effect as shall be necessary to effectuate the terms of this <br />Decree. <br />For purposes of remarriage, this Decree becomes final and operative six months after <br />the Decree i;, filed or on the date of death of one of the parties of this action, whichever occurs <br />first. If this Decree becomes final and operative upon the date of death of one of the parties to <br />the dissolution, this Decree shall be treated as if it became final and operative the date it was <br />rendered. <br />
