Livingston, District Judge. Plaintiff was personally present in Court with <br />her attorney, Mark Porto. The Defendant was personally present in Court with his attorney, <br />Charles Maser. <br />The parties adduced evidence and the Court being fully advised in the premises finds as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Court has jurisdiction of the parties . hereto and the subject matter of <br />this action. <br />2. That the parties were married on August 28, 2000 and no children have been u' 21 1 23 <br />born of this marriage and none are expected to be born of this marriage. <br />3. That neither the Plaintiff nor the Defendant is a party to any other action <br />pending in this or any other Court for divorce, separation or dissolution of marriage. <br />4. . That the marriage of the parties is irretrievably broken and all efforts at <br />reconciliation have failed; that the marriage of the parties should be and is hereby dissolved. <br />PROPERTY DISTRIBUTION <br />5. That, at time of separation, the parties were possessed of two vehicles taken by <br />the Defendant, a 1996 Chevy pickup and a 2011 Chevy pickup. In addition thereto, there was a <br />2001 VW. The 2011 Chevy pickup was repossessed and there is evidently no deficiency on that <br />vehicle. As to the value of 1996 Chevy pickup, the Defendant sold it to his father for $1,500 and <br />the Plaintiff puts a value on it of $7,000. The Volkswagon Bug is valued at $4,000. <br />
