The Respondent shall have set over to him as his sole and absolute property all household goods and furnishings, wearing apparel, personal effects, appliances and fixtures and other personal property of every kind and description now in his possession, including bank accounts, insurance policies and other intangible property now possessed by the Respondent or owned by him in his separate name. 8. The Respondent shall have set over to him as his sole and absolute property the 1991 Toyota Pathfinder Vin. No. subject and the 1987 Porche 944, Vin to any encumbrance thereon. 9. The Respondent shall be liable for and discharge the debts of the marriage through the date of separation that being the 30th day of June 2002, and shall hold the Petitioner harmless from such debts and obligations. Each party shall be solely responsible for and hold the other party harmless from any and all debts or liabilities incurred by that party subsequent to the date of separation. 10. In order to equalize the division of property a judgment shall be entered against the Respondent in favor of the Petitioner in the amount of $43,000.00, together with interest thereon at the judgment rate of 3.114% from May 1, .2003. The Petitioner shall not execute upon this judgment provided that the Respondent reduces the judgment through payments as follows: The sum of $10,000 shall be paid through the offices of the Clerk of the District Court of Hall County Nebraska no later than June 30, 2003. The balance of $33,000 is payable as follows: commencing on June 1, 2003, the Respondent shall be obligated in the sum of $800 per month. However since this amount will be offset against Petitioner's child support obligation of $500 per month, the net payment shall be $300 per month. This payment shall be paid through the Clerk of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska. Said payments shall continue with the last payment due the 1s day of February, 2007. As the result of the offset described, the Clerk of the Court shall give the Respondent credit against this judgment the sum of $500 per month commencing June 1, 2003. Page 8 of /7`
